Increase web site traffic with search engines optimization
You can hear a lot of success stories about people who made it on the internet. Including mine should I ever choose to tell it. The bad thing is for every story about one who makes it on the net there are a hundred stories about people who didn’t make it at all. Just like brick and mortar, not everyone makes it on the net.
Is it luck that some people make it. It’s remote but I do know a couple of lucky people who were in the right place at the right time and made enough to retire at 30. Luck isn’t the norm tho, like me, most make it through hard work, thinking smarter, working more efficiently and learning from mistakes. It’s simply the entrepreneurial spirit transferred to the net. If you have the time to invest and the will to learn and keep at it you can make it too. One of the things you need to do is increase web site traffic.
Overture was the original site that invented pay for performance and it worked very well. Overture had the foresight to see the net was going to become the fastest and easiest way to shop and advertising on the net was going to be much higher than it was in any other type of media.
Yahoo bought out overture, I think, in a bid to keep up with Googles AdWords. To get a visitor to your site it needs to be very visible and providing ads that can direct visitors to your site allowed them to increase their own traffic as well. Yahoo provides services, like Google, that can put an ad in for you when certain words or phrases are searched for. Search engines optimization will help increase your website traffic.
