Simple easy web design was not that highly regarded early on when the internet first come about. You see, to design and build a complex website that actually worked was a real sign that you were extremely talented. An uncomplicated simple web design was relatively easy due to the fact that computer power was so restricted. Therefore only the real aces could create a complex, flashy web page and make it work as there just wasn’t enough processing power or sufficient speed on the Internet.
