If you notice an adsense ad on your site that you do not feel is relevant to the content of your website, you just add that domain to your filter. As of this writing, Google allows you to add about 150 different domain names to your filter list.
You don’t have to worry an about adding unfavorable sites to these filters because Google will not serve these ads to your site anyway. These filters are basically for eliminating your competition from advertising on your site.
In addition, Google also has their own filters that will make sure you don’t get any inappropriate ads.
