Effective search engine optimization
If you’re doing effective search engine optimization you should have a boat load of top 30 positions in the serps. You should have a lot of top 10 pages in the search engines and you should have some pages in the top 3 positions in the serps.
If your search engine position in the serps isn’t what you want it to be you’ll have to go over your pages and optimize them for the best keywords. You really should look at your web stats and see what phrases the search engines are sending people to your site with. You might be surprised at some of the things you rank for and even more surprised at how easy it’s going to be to get a number one for some of those phrases.
Your efforts at search engine optimization will pay off with more visitors and more clicks on adsense ads or whatever you are selling. It’s not even that hard to be effective optimizing your pages.
Don’t forget about internet security while you’re working on your pages. Do the little things that will keep your internet site more secure. Use a robots.txt file, put your css and java scripts in a different dir and don’t allow access to it to the search engines. When you pay some attention to internet security your surfers and your site will be safer.
