International Internet Access Is Important To Small Businesses
As many people know, the United States pioneered the Internet. We developed Darpanet, the precursor of the modern Internet, as a way for the military to communicate with itself and with outside researchers. Since then, however, we have definitely fallen behind in Internet technology. International Internet access is much better in many countries than it is here.
